Ajax Product Filter: The widgets do not update after a filter is applied / Do not you see RESET FILTER / The filters do not pass the state active

If your theme use the WooCommerce standard templates, you don’t need to change the values showed in “Front end” section. Otherwise, add the classes used in the template of your theme. If you don’t know them, please contact the developer of your theme to receive the correct classes.

Let’s analyze in details how to recover the highlighted selectors, from the browser console, in the plugin settings dashboard, as shown in the previous image.

  • “Product container”: class of the selector of the general product container.

  • “Paging container”: class of the selector of the paging

  • “Product counter container”: class of the selector of the product counter

  • “Scroll top anchor”: the HTML tag for the scroll to top feature (available only on mobile devices)
