My Autorenew option is off, why?

If you have an old Club account (you joined the Club before July 6th 2017), you will see the Autorenew button disabled, because this is an old account and this button cannot be used.

Yet, if you haven't changed your card details recently, you will be automatically charged on the next due date as usual.
